AI hype is everywhere. It’s plastered on billboards, airing across news channels, and omnipresent in meeting rooms. AI hype is so big, even Oprah is hopping onboard and launching her own AI special tonight.
But as AI populates headlines, there’s not a lot of coverage around what it means to do AI responsibly: what it means to develop, deploy and use this technology in a way that promotes fairness, mitigates malicious use and ensures the safety of future human generations. 🧑🤝🧑
This is where “Responsible AI” comes in 🤝
“Responsible AI” is a term that encompasses a few crucial buckets that aren’t discussed enough in mainstream media. 🙅♀️
🎧 In this short episode of tech podcast Lets Talk Ones and Zeros, I unpack Responsible AI in easy-to-understand terms, including breaking down its concepts of bias, transparency, explainability and more.
This 37 minute episode will leave you more informed and more empowered to speak about some of the ethical and safety issues that exist in AI today.
Because the more aware and informed we are all, the more we can push for the development of technology that’s safe and beneficial for all.
Until next time,
Cecilia
